Petra’s pulse

“With each new show, Petra's Pulse seem to take a huge leap forward; here, they've landed right at the leading edge of British visual performance. Extraordinary.”

Petra’s Pulse was founded by Selina Papoutseli and Jamie Wood in 2001.

They both created, directed and performed in all of their shows.

They often collaborated with the same artists: Mischa Twitchin (Shunt) and Cis O’Boyle in lighting design ,Mamoru Iriguchi in set design and video projections, Hanna Marshall and Albi Gravener in sound design , Wendy Hubbard in dramaturgy and Tom Lyall as performer.

They had been supported by CPT, BAC and Arts Council England.
